Brioche French Toast Recipe
1 large egg, whisked
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
3-4 sliced brioche (or reg bread)
- In a shallow bowl, whisk all the ingredients
- let bread soak up mixture and place in a hot, buttered pan.
- Cook until crunchy + golden.
- Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream and fresh berries
