Brioche French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large egg, whisked

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

3-4 sliced brioche (or reg bread)

Directions:

1. In a shallow bowl, whisk all the ingredients
2. let bread soak up mixture and place in a hot, buttered pan.
3. Cook until crunchy + golden.
4. Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream and fresh berries
