Banana and Oat Waffles (Gluten Free)

Banana and Oat Waffles

1/2 cup oats (pulsed to make a flour)
1/2 cup gf flour mix or regular AP flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp fleur de sel (or kosher salt)
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup almond milk (or reg milk)
2 tsp flax oil or (1 tsp flax seeds or ground flax)

In a blender, pulse oats to a fine flour consistency, then add the rest of the ingredients until well combined. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes while you prep your waffle iron.

This mix can also be used for pancakes.
